What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days. Make sure that the returned item is unused and in its original condition. Please download the return form and fill it in. Add the filled in return form and a copy of your invoice to your return package. Without this we cannot refund the money. We will refund the amount to the bank account you used to pay your order. Any paid shipping costs will not be refunded.

Where can I view the status of my order?

Sign in via Account and Orders. Here you can view the status of your recent order(s). Tracking your order is only possible if you have made the purchase with your account. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

What are the costs for shipping in- and outside of the Netherlands?

Orders shipped to an address in the Netherlands with an order value from and above € 20,- are free of shipping costs. Orders with an order value below € 20,- will be charged with € 2,99 in shipping costs. Orders shipped to an address in Belgium will be charged € 8,99 in shipping costs. Orders shipped to an address within the European Union are charged - depending on VAT - around € 19,99 in shipping costs. Orders shipped to an address outside of the European Union will be charged - depending on VAT - around € 34,99 in shipping costs.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL.

Can I track my order with Track & Trace?

Items ordered in our online store with a delivery address in the Netherlands, can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. This code will be provided in the confirmation email. Unfortunately, we do not provide a Track & Trace code for deliveries abroad.

Can I return my order from an international address?

Yes, you can. You can return your order within 14 days. Make sure that the return item is in its original condition. Please use the return form that you can download here and add a copy of your invoice. Without this we cannot refund the money. We will refund the amount on the bank account you used to pay your order.

I received the wrong /a damaged item. What should I do?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we will naturally solve this for you as soon as possible. Please send an email to our customer service at info@coutinho.nl. We will inform you on how to return the item to us.

How soon will my return shipment be processed and refunded?

As soon as possible. At the latest, the refund will be made within 2-3 working days after your return has reached us.

Is it possible to return my ebook or code for online study material?

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days, if the ebook or code is unused. Please use the return form that you can download here and add a copy of your invoice. Without this we cannot refund the money. Send the filled in return form and the copy of your invoice to info@coutinho.nl. We will refund the amount on the bank account you used to pay your order.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

If you have purchased an e-book or a code for online study material, you will receive the activation code by email after payment. Then you can get started right away. The delivery time of a book is 2 working days within the Netherlands.
